The warrant price was BGN 0.41 with 4 years of maturity. Every warrant gives the right to subscribe 1 share at a price of BGN 3.00.
This is the third warrant issue on the Bulgarian capital market. All three warrant issues were structured by Mane Capital, a boutique investment bank.
