Westpark Financial Group acquired 96.4% of Pig Farm - Nikolovo AD (27.05.2013)

Westpark Financial Group (Luxembourg) acquired 96.4% from the previous majority shareholder Laudis International and the minority shareholder KNT (10.4%). The deal was made on 22.05.2013 on the BSE OTC market. The boutique investment bank Mane Capital advised on the buy side.
